About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team, who will be responsible for creating high-quality, custom websites. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of front-end technologies such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and JavaScript. Additionally, some knowledge of backend development (Laravel, database management) is preferred. You will be expected to customize themes, optimize website performance, and ensure a seamless user experience across devices.

Education & Qualification:

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed local/foreign University.

Experience:

• Frontend Development: 6 months to 2 years (Experience in building custom WordPress themes and websites).
• Technologies: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, basic Laravel and database knowledge.
• Additional Knowledge: Basic understanding of backend development, Frontend customization, and SEO principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive, custom-built websites using modern frameworks like Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.
• Customize themes, and third-party integrations to meet client specifications and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Convert design files (Figma, PSD, Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect, functional websites.
• Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and performance (e.g., image optimization, caching, reducing page load times).
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and backend developers to integrate front-end and backend systems effectively.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve site visibility and search engine rankings.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing, debugging, and fixing any issues that arise.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in frontend development and web design.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and creating custom layouts and themes.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with basic SEO principles and optimization techniques.
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies, preferably Laravel and understanding of databases (MySQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining code quality and performance standards.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
• Knowledge of API integrations and building custom solutions.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Exposure to Agile development practices and project management tools.
