✔ Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility
✔ Ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry
✔ Communicate with insurance providers for benefit details
✔ Assist in resolving coverage-related issues
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in VOB/insurance verification
✅ Strong understanding of medical insurance processes
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
